    Posting 1 flash - results in a 5 minute ban, and you get a warning.
    Posting a flash after posting 1 and receiving a warning - 30 minute ban, and you will recieve a final warning.
    Posting a flash after your final warning - 1 hour ban, and if it happens again, Elmo will teabag you with his Ginger Ballsack.
    Posting consecutive flashes in either one or more posts - automatic 1 hour ban.

    Please follow these rules, if you do not, I will murder you in your sleep.
